    What’s the fuss in the other reviews about this? says the product is frequently returned. EMS units do work in toning muscles but you have to give them time. I feel some people are giving up too quickly or just have too much fat around the neck which would require a weight loss program as well. This unit has so many options in the electrical stimulation delivery. The noise is not annoying, in fact I’m finding it quite soothing i almost dozed off. I suspect that the noise is because they’re using a much safer design/mechanism than EMS stimulators I used in the past which were more primitive in design, very quiet and were ON-OFF, ON-OFF and therefore quite harsh in how you experience the pulses and they needed a lot of gell. This unit has many patterns available (which the vintage stimulators could not do) I didn’t even have to use a gell, it fit my face perfectly and I set it to a high level and a massage setting and just let it run its program for 15 mins while I watched TV. It's super easy to use, lightweight, and comfortable; I can even do other things while using it. After several days, my face feels more defined, as if it's actually helping to shape the famous "V-shaped face." It doesn't work miracles, but if you're consistent, you'll notice the change.     I’ve been using this for about 3 months now & have definitely seen improvement, the pictures speak for themselves. I was botched in a surgery & have tried everything imaginable. I wanted to do it consistently for a while to see if it truly works & it does! It’s super easy to do, I turn on the heat / red light & apply it at night before I fall asleep on days I’m busy. On days I’m not as busy I’ll wear it while I work from home plus before bed. Consistency is key! I also use sonogram / conductive gel on the 2 silver parts. At first I didn’t notice there’s plastic over the inner silver plates so make sure that’s off & get conductive gel. I’m definitely going to continue using it. I’ll need threads at some point but I’ll do that once I’m done melting down the fat & tightening as much as possible with this. It’s not a miracle but it definitely does what it’s supposed to.
