    I love this mask it really works if you used 25 minutes per day. Alternate the lights 10 minutes red, 10 minutes blue( to eliminate grease from your skin ) and 5 minutes for the orange light

    i did 2 sets of 20 min each blue and green light kinda cool comftable well the box have no instructions whatsoever but u can find the info online about the lights and what is for wondering if this one comes for the neck also will be ok to add it to the routine

Connects to a USB port for charging. Holds a charge for hours. Also, a button on the side allows you to change the lights by softly touching it.     Easy to set up and use. It holds a pretty long battery life. I have noticed a lot of improvement in the redness and dark spots on my face since I started using this. Can’t wait to see long term results! Only thing I have not liked about it is the eye pieces are uncomfortable on the bridge of my nose.
